Rates
Rates apply for each separate visit to a Consular Mission, per person excl. of VAT and exclusive of postal charges for the return post. Courier rates are exclusive of VAT.
Please note: many visa application forms we receive are filled out incorrectly or incompletely. The result is that, due to time pressure, quite often we have to complete a new form. We therefore expressly ask you to complete the forms carefully and completely. If we have to fill out a new form we will charge you €10.00. This decision is taken without prior consultation so as not to delay the application procedure.

1st passport: 32.50 euro *
2nd and subsequent passports: 22.50 euro

1st address to visit: 32.50 euro
2nd and subsequent addresses to visit: 22.50 euro
Courier rates / Schiphol
collection: 27.50 euro
delivery: 27.50 euro
Courier rates
Office hours (08.30 - 17.30 ): 0.60 euro per travelled km
Outside office hours: 0.75 euro per travelled km
For long trips there is sometimes a surcharge as a result of delay due to traffic jams.

1st passport: 45.00 euro
2nd and subsequent passports: 35.00 euro

1st address to visit: 45.00 euro
2nd and subsequent addresses to visit: 35.00 euro

* Services concerning India, Saudi Arabia, Angola, Peru, Chili, Nepal and Suriname: €42.50 excl. of VAT per passport. For these countries there is no discount for 2nd or subsequent passports!
Urgent rates
For same-day handling or visa applications outside the normal application procedure we charge an amount between € 25.00 and € 150.00. This surcharge depends on the country in question, waiting times at embassy/consulate, repeat visits to embassy/consulate, etc.
